The relaxation grotto is a quiet room where you can relax lying on a heated bench, wrapped in a hot water blanket, watching projections with different themes and listening to nature sounds.
In antiquity, because of lack of medicines, herbal treatments applied.Patients were treated with flavors, music and colors inside the temples.These healing techniques are used again.Oriental sages considered that acute and chronic diseases may undergo color therapy.The healing colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet (ROGVAIV).
